Australia Day!

we'll Australia day came and went, Pretty similar to Canada day I guess but alot more green and yellow, we'll and beach cricket and rugby. Tim, Corey, and I went to shelly beach to meet up with some friends of mine from the Oyster bar, thought it was going to be a tame event turns out when I got there, there was three hundred people most of them were drunk, the event kind of reminded me of red lake falls. Shelly beach is pretty small but good snorkeling. Drinking on the beach was permitted that day aswell good thing because me and timmy d had a crate of Carlton.
I move to Manly to surf more before my Bali trip on the 9th
p.s Timmy D just bought a surf board he's now known as DC the diamond cutter "he took one in the head yesturday as me and seth almost got iced by a water tabogan"

Tea and Sympathy + the boys

We'll as the saying goes a door closes and another opportunity presents itself, i'm leaving for Indonesia "bali" on Feb 9th for a month with Jerry from holland, Johnny boy from the northside of London, and Andrew roe some fuck wit from Sydney. Although we all embark at different times we will all be meeting up at some point. At the sydney Oyster bar I served the lead singer of silverchair and his girlfriend natalie embrulia, and ralph fines, that was kind of cool, When I was talking to Mr fines he said he was in Winnipeg in Nov, he must have been shooting a film of some sort.
Anywho i'm now the proud owner of a 6'8 fish surfboard which if it stays in one piece i'm bringing it back to the peg" some times they brake when you get too big of a barrel" although I have not been in the green room yet yesturday I went over the falls "wow thought I was finished thats some scary stuff". Had a blast at the Oyster bar, and met some pretty rad people. here's some pic's of the boys night out! Also a heads up apparently Konal kavana is comming to Sydney and 2 months, also a guest apparence from Andrew nowak comming all he way from listerrapids West st paul MB "andy " hey girls do you want my number won't go over so we'll here" although go in gun's blazing. !New years 2007!

We'll as it turns out I did find my German girl for new years, I pour one out now as she makes her way to Melbourne. My new years 2007 was spent working on the water in Sydney Harbour at my new work sydney oyster bar, the resturant was booked by couples 3 months in advance paying $300 ahead for a three course meal and the 4 million dollar fireworks spectical. I'm really glad I was working, the booze was flowing for guests and the workers, fireworks at nine and 12, circular key gets shut down and you need tickets to get passed the key. Majority of us stayed drinking on the water until 5 am then went for a lap around the opera house, to starbucks and ended up back at work for 9 am,," not a good new years day had to work ".

The plan thus far is to head to Indonesia mid april for a month surf trip, hopefully I get a little bit better for the bali surf can be unforgiving. Work is good, crazy days, here's some pic's from new years,,, my canon sd100 went shit house so I bought a new canon here ixus 60. Some one once told me not to get to close to people while traveling for the good bye's are inevitable and hard, I say fuck it, such as life.
